Critique: "Great competition in this class. Winner is an example of the very correct
type in a great quality package, just the right size and the kind of
proportions and
lines that give the quality of beauty that is shared by the sighthound
breeds built on S-curves and yet she points out that a whippet is indeed not
a
miniature greyhound but has its sighthound character in the specific way.
Where a miniature greyhound would look overdone and exaggerated as a whippet,
she is so correct in details and especially pleasing in the interplay
between top and underline, her function and attitude in action is what you
really ask for
and since it is so breed typical and not a generic Best in Show idea of
stretched movements, she is greatly impressive in the breed ring but a
little modest in the group competition.
She looked lovely in the group though! She could be used as an illustration
of breed type in outlines and action (contrasted to more glamorous and 'overdone'
whippets)."

bitch until the open class."
